Travel

Travel Policy — Key Rules
Get manager approval when possible
All travel should be authorized before booking. For emergency breakdowns and urgent travel, coordinate with your manager as soon as practicable.
Book through the office when possible
Contact your manager or the designated travel coordinator whenever time allows.
Airfare — economy/coach only
Book as far in advance as possible. No bag fees (unless transporting parts or PPE — include project number on receipt). No in-flight food or Wi-Fi on the company card.
Rental cars — Enterprise corporate account
Economy vehicle only. No upgrades without manager approval. See corporate account info below.
Rideshare/taxi — most cost-effective option
Arrange airport pickup with local SCG branch when possible.
Hotels — room and parking only
Incidentals are your responsibility and will be deducted from your paycheck if charged to the room.
Meals — $60/day per diem
Covers all food and snacks. Do not use the company card for food — charges will be deducted from your paycheck.

4–6 years

AZ employees: Max 80-hour rollover. Unused PTO above 80 hrs forfeited at year-end. Not paid out on separation.
